Vacation Bible School 2009
His Word Is Truth! John 17:17It’s a jungle out there, and we’re heading right
for it! Get ready to gather your gear, lace up your hiking boots and venture out as we embark on
Answers in Genesis’ Amazon Expedition:
The Ultimate Trek Through Time.
We will journey off the beaten path through the amazing Amazon,
experiencing the breathtaking beauty, the wilderness wonder, and the dreadful danger of remote areas of the rainforest. Behind every bend and high
in every tree new treasures are just waiting to be discovered!!
We will also experience the ultimate biblical trek through time as we follow
the “history book of the universe” THE BIBLE on a tour of Creation,
Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ and the Cross. Prepare to
swing into the fun as we launch a VBS tour like never before.
Also, our 4th- 6th grade students will participate in various service projects throughout the week such as, our annual car wash and pizza sale.VBS 2009 is for children age 4 years old through sixth grade,
completed June 2009.
We will be offering two sessions in four days:
June 15th - June 18th
Morning Session: 9:30am - 12:30pm
or
Evening Session: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
June 19th
Jungle Jive Celebration
7:00 pm
On June 19th from 10:00am - 1:00pm, the 4th - 6th graders can take part in a service project. Please check the box on your registration form if you plan to attend Friday morning. Be sure to pack a sack lunch for that day.
Also, all families and friends are invited to our
Jungle Jive Celebration on the evening of June 19th.
Celebration begins at 7:00pm! Join us for a great time of fun and wonder
to end our week!
Our theme days for the week will be:
Monday, June 15th: Let the Contest Begin
Tuesday, June 16th: Amazon Day
Wednesday, June 17th: Backward Day
Thursday, June 18th: VBS T-shirt & Team Spirit Day

Registration fee for VBS this year includes your T-shirt.
Fee is only $10 per child on or before May 24th and
$20 per child after May 24th.
